Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, providing precise temperature management. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
