The Metro C537-CLFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. It offers universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
