The Metro C537-CLFC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature control.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise thermostat settings up to 200°F. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
