The cabinet is 3/4 height with an insulated body and door, providing durability and heat retention. It includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. The fixed wire slides are spaced on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, maximizing storage capacity.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
