The Metro C537-CLFS-LA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. It is constructed from durable aluminum and includes an insulated cabinet and door to maintain optimal temperatures.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for various food storage needs.
Equipped with 5" casters, including two with brakes, the cabinet is easy to maneuver and secure in place. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps of power, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
