The Metro C537-CLFS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It operates with a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, making it ideal for various food holding and proofing needs.
The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Its removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance.
