The Metro C537-CLFS-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It operates with a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, making it ideal for various food holding and proofing needs.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. Its universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply and is certified cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
