Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature management. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, maximizing storage options.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
