The Metro C537-HFC-4A is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via an integrated thermostat. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
