The Metro C537-HFC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via an adjustable thermostat. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2 1/2".
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
