The Metro C537-HFC-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via an adjustable thermostat. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
