The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, holding either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, thanks to fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
