The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for visibility and a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation. It is equipped with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The interior accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, providing ample storage for various food items.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Made from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
