This 3 Series C5™ model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™ and has a 3/4 height design, ensuring excellent insulation and heat retention. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance.
Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet provides precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 27 pans measuring 18" x 26" with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access. The cabinet is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Made from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
