The Metro C537-HLFC-LA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height unit features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance.
Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet ensures optimal food holding temperatures. It accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and is fitted with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
