The Metro C537-HLFC-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This 3 Series C5™ model features lower wattage for energy efficiency while maintaining optimal performance. It is constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™ and has a 3/4 height design for easy access. The clear polycarbonate door allows for visibility of contents without opening the cabinet.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this cabinet offers precise temperature control with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2 1/2".
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The cabinet is made from durable aluminum and operates on a 120v/60/1 ph power supply, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
