The Metro C537-HLFC-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation, making it energy-efficient while maintaining optimal food temperatures. The Red Insulation Armour™ ensures superior heat retention, while the clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
