The Metro C537-HLFS-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. It operates with a lower wattage of 1440 watts and is equipped with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. Its universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" pans with a depth of 2 1/2".
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on a standard 120v/60/1 ph power supply and is certified cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
