The Metro C537-HLFS-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior heat retention. The insulated cabinet and door provide added durability and temperature control.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. This aluminum cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
