The Metro C537-MFS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features advanced C5™ 3 Series technology with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F and moisture control for maintaining ideal conditions.
The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
