The Metro C539-CDC-L-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F.
Designed for versatility, it accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and is easy to maneuver thanks to its 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
