Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, accommodating a variety of food holding and proofing needs. It features lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, with a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume operations.
