Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, giving you precise control over your food holding and proofing needs. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use.
