The Metro C539-CDS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and enhanced insulation.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. This unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is certified cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
