The Metro C539-CDS-UA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
