The Metro C539-CFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is easy to maneuver.
