With universal wire slides positioned on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing flexible storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1-1/2" increments to suit various needs.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen environment.
