The Metro C539-CLDC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility of contents. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise heating.
With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, it utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
