The Metro C539-CLDC-LA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for easy access and organization.
