The Metro C539-CLDC-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
