The Metro C539-CLDC-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet accommodates universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, providing flexibility for various pan sizes. It can hold up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
