The Metro C539-CLDS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
