The Metro C539-CLDS-4-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation, making it energy-efficient while maintaining optimal temperature control. Constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior insulation for consistent heating.
The cabinet is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. A removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It offers fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
