The Metro C539-CLDS-4A is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either 18 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 34 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2".
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
