The Metro C539-CLDS-LA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors and includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance.
The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F, ensuring optimal conditions for food holding and proofing. With lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, it accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, providing mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
