The Metro C539-CLDS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, this unit delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
