The Metro C539-CLDS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior heat retention and insulation.
Equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors, the cabinet provides easy access while minimizing heat loss. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, and the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
