The Metro C539-CLDS-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
