The Metro C539-CLDS-UA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. It is constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors and includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance.
The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F, ensuring optimal conditions for food holding and proofing. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, supporting up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
