Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy adjustments with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it adaptable for various food storage needs.
