The Metro C539-CLFC-4A is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature management. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it ideal for various food storage needs.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
