Description
The Metro C539-CLFC-4A is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature management. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it ideal for various food storage needs. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
