The Metro C539-CLFC-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency and insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
