The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, allowing for (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
