The Metro C539-CLFC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy access and adjustments. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, accommodating a variety of food holding and proofing needs. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, with a capacity for (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
