The Metro C539-CLFC-UA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
