The Metro C539-CLFS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It operates with a lower wattage, making it energy-efficient while maintaining a thermostat range up to 200°F.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
