The Metro C539-CLFS-UA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It operates with a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, making it energy-efficient while maintaining precise heat levels.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. Its universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1 phase power supply and is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
