The Metro C539-HDC-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors that provide visibility while maintaining heat. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F.
The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, ensuring versatile storage options. It is built with durable aluminum construction and features 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport.
