The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy access and adjustments. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
