The Metro C539-HDC-L-GYA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F.
With lip load slides spaced on 1 1/2" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume food service. The unit is constructed from durable aluminum and is fitted with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning.
